A traffic accident on the Broadway Bridge killed the driver of a compact moped Sunday afternoon, according to a report from the North Little Rock Police Department.
At about 5:42 p.m. Sunday, officers responded to the bridge, where they found an accident involving a moped and a minivan. Both vehicles were traveling south across the bridge when the accident occurred, and the driver of the minivan remained on the scene to be interviewed by police.Â
The driver of the moped was pronounced dead at the scene, and their identity has not been released pending notification of kin.Â
