Luke Grimes Has This Advice For Fans Ahead Of Final Season Of ‘Yellowstone’

Date:

The long wait is over. The much awaited second half of the final season of Yellowstone premieres on Sunday, November 10 on Paramount Network. We will finally see how this epic saga wraps up for the Dutton family.

For five seasons fans have been along for the ride as the Dutton family, often embroiled in internal power struggles, are constantly in conflict with those on the outside of the borders of their generations-old cattle ranch. Check out the thrilling trailer below:

Will the viewers finally find out who wins the fight over the family and over the land? Well, we don’t know. But will the fans who have waited two long years to find out how the final season plays out be satisfied? Actor Luke Grimes thinks that yes, they will.

Grimes, who plays Kayce Dutton, stopped by CBS Mornings on Thursday and he told the news anchors, “For me personally, when I read it, I was a mess. It’s powerful, it’s profound, it’s sad, it’s happy. It’s all the things. I think, you know anytime you’ve spent a lot of time on a show you want the ending to sort of wrap everything up in a way that satisfies you and makes you feel like you didn’t waste your time and I feel like that’s what this finale does.”

CBS anchor Tony Dokoupil asked Grimes if he had any advice for fans as they watch these last episodes and Grimes answered, “I’d just say, don’t look away. Buckle up. It’s really fast. It’s only 6 episodes and a lot happens. It starts high and ends higher.”

He also divulged that fans will see a novel side of his character.

“This whole arc that he’s had these five seasons, [he] has been between a rock and a hard place. He doesn’t know where he belongs. He doesn’t know what the right choice is, you know. Trying to pick a path and he finally has to pick one. And so we see a very decisive Kayce this season.”

We definitely don’t want this show to end but we also cannot wait to watch. See y’all on the couch on Sunday night?
