Belhaven University recently announced its participation in AWS Academy, a program built by experts at Amazon Web Services that will provide the university with a cloud-computing curriculum.

This move comes at an opportune time, with AWS initiating a $10 billion project in central Mississippi, which is anticipated to generate numerous data science-related job opportunities in the area. Belhaven University aims to equip its students with the necessary skills to fill these roles.
